Documents and Preparation

  • PDF, Word, and OpenOffice files are supported
  • Upload that file from your computer to the signature service
  • You can also select a file from the GlobalLegalCheck contract library
  • Move the signature area to the desired location in the document
  • Preview the signed document that was sent
  • Create your own signature by typing or selecting text

Requests for Signatures

  • Invite up to 10 signers to the same agreement
  • Clear and informative email invitations to sign documents
  • Add a free-form message to the recipient of the signature request
  • View signature requests in the service's list view
  • Send a reminder right away or schedule it for the day of your choice
  • Flexibly remove a signature request, with or without a message

Security, Finalized Agreement, and Storage

  • Encryption and a UTC timestamp ensure the correct signing time regardless of the time zone
  • Once the request is complete, a signed PDF attachment is automatically sent via email
  • Signed documents are retained for 3 years
  • You can purchase additional storage time if needed
  • Contract analysis and the collection of dates and values are available through the Contract Interpreter service after signing
